REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from EasyCuizy. If you are not happy with your order, please review the return and refund guidelines below.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns due to buyer’s remorse are not accepted for certain personal-care or intimate products.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Used or damaged items
• Intimate or hygiene-related products

RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us at easycuizy@info.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider or Klarna—it may take extra processing time.
  3. If you still haven’t received it, email us at easycuizy@info.com.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
